Benelact® in the Big Easy
Benelact® gears up for launch at the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association convention in new Orleans. Samples of of products made with Benelact® will be available June 1-3 in New Orleans, Louisiana at this year's International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association Convention.
Milk, cheese, and ice cream are just a few of the products that will be available for taste tests and comparisons with their traditional, full-cholesterol counterparts. Benelact® representatives will also be on hand to discuss R&D partnerships and licensing agreements.
